读表的三个问题
面对一个新表，先问：
- 它是当前状态、append-only 事件，还是外部资源索引？
- company scope 和 active/terminal/retired 条件在哪里？
- 它与哪个 CAS/唯一键/lease/operation 配对？
只看列名不容易看出真正语义；索引和相邻 service 通常更有信息量。
